1 Package Whole Wheat Macaroni
1/2 Cup Raw Baby Kale
1/2 Cup Raw Baby Spinach
1/2 Cup Daiya Vegan Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
3 Tablespoons Vegan Bacon Bits (you'll want some extra to sprinkle over the top)
1 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
Sauce
1 Butternut Squash (cleaned, peeled and cubed)
1 Large Carrot (scrubbed and sliced)
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
3 Dashes Liquid Smoke
3 Cloves Garlic (minced)
2 Tablespoons Braggs Liquid Amino Acids
1 Cup Almond Milk
2 teaspoons Sage (rubbed)
2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
3/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
Crushed Pink Himalayan Salt and Black Peppercorns to taste
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
