S'mores Pie from Rachel Ray

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 unbaked pie crust
2 cups chocolate pudding
7.5 ounce jar marshmallow creme


Sprinkle 1/2 of crumbs on work surface, top with pie crust and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Roll crust until 1/4 inch thick.

Place crust in 9" pie plate, prick with a fork and bake according to package directions.

Once cool, fill with pudding and freeze for 30 mins

Top with marshmellow creme and broil for just a few moments to brown the top just before serving.

Pie is messy so either refreeze or don't broil until just before serving
