Soba salad with seaweed (327 CAL)

Ingredients: 

5g wakame
50g soba
1 cucumber, seeded cut into matchsticks
1 small carrot cut into matchsticks
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1 green onion sliced thinly
1cm piece fresh ginger grated

Sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon tamari


1- place wakame in small bowl, cover with cold water; stand about 10mins or until soft 2- cook soba in boiling water until tender, drain n rinse under cold water. Chop soba coarsely 3- place all ingredient in bowl toss
