Ingredients: 

1 cup sorghum flour
3/4 cup superfine brown rice flour
1/2 cup potato starch
2 tablespoons sweet white rice flour
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoons cloves
1/2 cup slightly softened vegan margarine
3/4 cups organic sugar
2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
1/3 cup molasses
1 tablespoon flaxseed meal mixed with 2 tablespoons water
Additional sugar for rolling
