Ingredients:

Soft Pretzels – Tyson’s recipe

1 cup water
1 T butter
2 T sugar
1 tsp salt
2-3/4 cups white flour
3/4 tsp yeast

1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tblsp water
coarse salt

1. measure first 6 ingredients in the order listed 2. use dough setting if using bread maker 3. roll out, cut and shape, place on baking sheet 4. combine egg and water and brush on pretzels then sprinkle with coarse salt 5. bake at 350 for 20-22 mins (place pan of hot water on lower rack of oven while baking)
