Ingredients: 

18 grams wumei 烏梅 (dried smoked plums)
46 grams shanzha 山楂 (Chinese dried hawthorn)
6 grams gancao 甘草 (Chinese dried liquorice)
1 liter (4 cups) – 1.25 liter (5 cups) water
90 grams – 125 grams Chinese brown sugar in pieces 冰片糖 (You can substitute with granulated sugar, but there will be some differences in the aftertaste)
