1/2 tub yogurt
3 cups soy milk
1/2 cup ice cubes
First blend the frozzen fruit with the milk.
Then add the yogurt and the ice cubes.
Blend on low, then medium for 30 seconds.
Freeze until ready to serve.
Re-blend just before serving.
