Spaghetti and Zucchini Pancakes

Notes: 

So I tried to make a big pancake and it stuck to the pan and broke apart and looked terrible. I gave up and tried adding extra eggs to the rest and baking in a pie. The pie texture was gummy and unpleasant, however the pancake mess was crispy and delicious! Must try again, make them small and use a different pan.

Ingredients: 

8 ounces spaghetti (1/2 box)
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 zucchini, grated
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup grated pecorino (3 ounces)
kosher salt
1 cup marinara sauce
