Ingredients: 

1 kg spanak, 1 glavica kromid, 2 solji bel oriz, 4 solji zovriena voda, 2 jajca, jogurt, sol, vegeta, kecap, crven piper


Spanakot se cisti od drski i se mie vo 3 vodi. Se zaprzuva 1 glavica kromid, se dodava spanakot, sol, vegeta, crven piper. Koga spanakot ke splasne se dodavaat 2-te solji oriz, se proprzuva. Se dodava zovrienata voda, se stava vo tavce i se pece vo zagreana rerna na 180 stepeni okolu 40 minuti. Otkako ke fati koricka, a vodata ke ispari se matat dvete jajca, im se dodava vegeta i jogurt, se istura vrz spanakot i se ostava da se dopece uste 15 minuti.
