750 g grüner Spargel (ich hab Spargel aus dem Glas verwendet)
Salz
6 Eier
600 g Schmant
Pfeffer aus der Mühle
Muskatnuss frisch gerieben
1/2 Bund Kerbel
300 g Bergkäse
100 g kl Schinkenwürfel
75 g Butter
250 g Filoteig
