1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour, plus extra for kneading
1 1/2 c. spelt flour
3/4 c. dark unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tbsp. sea salt
1 1/2 tsp yeast (1 package)
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/3 c. olive oil
1/4 c. agave nectar
