Spicy Maple Pecans

Notes: 

Keep the nuts in a ziplock bag or airtight container. They will last a couple of weeks at least.

Ingredients: 

4 cups pecan halves
2 teaspoons sea salt
8 tablespoons maple syrup
cayenne pepper (start with 1/4 teaspoon and increase to taste)
Flaky-style salt (such as Maldon), to taste
