2 cups pepitas

1 teaspoon ground toasted ancho chile or chili powder

Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl and spread on a baking sheet. Bake, shaking the pan once or twice, until lightly browned, 7 to 10 minutes.
