1/4 cup chicken stock
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili sauce (or 1 birds eye chili, sliced)
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons peanuts (roasted and crushed)
Add the curry paste and saute until fragrant.
Add everything else and simmer to thicken it a bit, about 2-3 minutes.
