Spinach Artichoke Stuffed Pasta Shells

Ingredients: 

36 jumbo pasta shells
1 16 oz container cottage cheese
1 can 14 oz chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c sour cream
1/3 c mayonnaise
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/8 t nutmeg
1 24 oz jar pasta sauce
1 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
