Ingredients: 

Serves: 3
•1 avocado
•½ cup cannelini beans, drained and rinsed (save the rest of the can for topping bowls)
*2 large handfuls of fresh spinach
•15 fresh basil leaves
•1 large garlic clove
•juice from half a lemon
•½ tsp salt
•cooked quinoa and extra beans for bowls
