Spinach Raita

- 200 gms Spinach
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 medium Onion
- 4-5 cloves Garlic
- 2 cups curd

 Spinach preparation:

  1. Take the spinach, boil it in water with salt for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Remove from hot water and soak in cold water.
  3. Remove the water and chop finely

Make the salad:

  1. Heat the 1 tbsp butter, fry the 1 medium finely cut onion in it till the onion is transparent.
  2. Add finely chopped garlic and saute for a minute.
  3. Add the cut spinach into this and again saute for a minute.
  4. Take off the heat and cool this for sometime.
  5. Add salt and pepper.
  6. Add 2 cups of well beaten curd and serve cold.
