Steak & Asparagus Pasta Salad

Ingredients: 

1/2 pound Medium shells
1 cup Steak, cooked and chopped
1 cup Asparagus blanched and chopped
1 cup Green beans, blanched & chopped
(could also try peas, broccoli, peppers)
1/2 cup Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon finely grated garlic
3/4 cup grated parmesan
Salt & pepper to taste


Bring pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta as label directs, drain and rinse under cold water. Transfer to a large bowl.

Once steak and bacon have been cooked & chopped and veggies have been blanched & chopped add them to the pasta.

In a small bowl mix together the mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, Parmesan and salt and pepper. Whisk the ingredients then pour over the pasta salad and toss.

Season with salt and pepper. Chill for up to 3 hours.
