1 piece lemongrass (slightly cut to release flavour)
1/4 cup ginger chopped
1 can coconut milk
2 tbsp red Thai curry paste
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp sea salt
Pepper (to taste)
1 cooked butternut squash cut in cubes
