Steve's Pot Roast

Ingredients: 

Chuck roast
Potatoes
Carrots
Onion
Onion Soup

Sprinkle roast with seasoned salt; brown on both sides. Put in roasting pan with potatoes, carrots and onion.  Sprinkle with onion soup.  Pour 1 1/2 c water and 1 c wine into pan.   Bake 325 for 3 hours.
