2 cups strawberries finely chopped
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
3 tbsp whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
(1/2 cup) softened butter 115g
1 cup sugar
2 egg
Buttercream:
250g icing sugar
65g butter
3 tbsp milk
1 cup Strawberries
180*c 15 mins
1) Cream butter, sugar
2) Add egg in slowly
3) Add half flour
4) Mix flour, baking powder and salt place half in the mixture
5) Add half milk, vanilla and strawberries
6) Add rest of flour etc
7) Add rest of milk etc
Buttercream:
1) Mix altogether
