Stroganoff al vino

Ingredients: 

Carne stroganoff
Caldo
Vino
Tintura de panela
Crema de leche finesse


Dorar carne en mantequilla con un poco de sal hasta que suelte Jugos, retirar del fuego.
En un perol hacer un caldo, ponerle vino Tinto y dejar conservar un poco
Ponerle tintura de panela, crema de leche finesse, mezclar con la carne y servir
