Ingredients: 

8 Cups of GF bread
1/2 Cup of butter
2 Cups of chopped onion
2 Cups of chopped celery
2 eggs
1 Cup of GF chicken broth


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  1. Butter and season bread.  Toast until brown and let cool.  Cut into 1/2 inch cubes and put in mixing bowl.
  2. Saute onions and celery in butter until translucent and then add to bread and mix. 
  3. Lightly beat eggs and add to bread.
  4. Add chicken broth slowly while mixing.
  5. Transfer to buttered pan and cover.  
  6. Remove cover for last 15 minutes for crisping.
