Turkey giblets
1 onion chopped
2 celery stalks chopped
1 stick of butter
1 egg
1 bag stuffing crumbs ( see recipe below)
1 bag stuffing cubes
1 teaspoon sage (fresh is best)
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
2 cups of turkey stock (see recipe)
** we now make our own bread crumbs with 2 stale loafs of french bread seasoned with olive oil and seasonings**
