Sugar snap pea wreath

Ingredients: 

2 pounds sugar snap peas
One sweet red pepper
Favorite dip


Cook 2 pounds sugar snap peas in large pot salted boiling water until break green, about two minutes. Scoop server snap peas with slotted spoon and place in large bowl of ice water. When cooled, drain. Arrange in circle on platter to form wreath. Cut sweet red pepper into bow; place on the bottom of wreath. Serve with your favorite dip.
