1 tablespoon chia seeds
⅓ cup rolled oats
Pinch of salt
¼-½ teaspoon cinnamon
⅔ cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened soy milk)
1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter
1 tablespoon berry chia jam
