1 (18 1/2 oz.) yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, undrained
Combine cake mix, oil, eggs and oranges. Mix at medium speed of electric mixer for 3 minutes. Pour into 3 greased and floured 9 inch cake pans. Bake in 325 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
Cool cake in pans 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely on racks.
