Sweet Corn Cake

Ingredients: 

3/4 c yellow cornmeal
1/4 c sugar
1 ts baking powder
1 ts baking soda
1/4 c butter melted
1/4 c water
1 can 15 oz cream corn


Mix all and place in 9 inch square pan.

Bake 350F about 30 to 35 minutes or until set.

Scoop out from the pan to serve as a side dish.
