1/2 c heavy cream
1/2 c cheddar cheese(shredded)
1/2 tsp cayenne
2 eggs beaten
salt & freshly ground pepper
Pre-heat oven 350
Grease casserole dish
Shuck corns & cut all kennels off with a knife into bowl
Making sure to keep all the rub off from juice from corn. Reserve
Mix together milk, heavy cream, cheese, cayenne, salt, pepper & eggs.
Add in the reserve corn cheese, cayenne, salt & pepper.
Pour into casserole dish and bake for 35 mins until set.
