For this recipe to work, the slices of potato need to be really thin so it’s best to use a mandolin – but if you don’t have one then a sharp knife will work.
1 sweet potato
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/390F.
2. Slice the potato as thin as possible using a mandolin or sharp knife.
3. Arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment paper then sprinkle with cinnamon and apple cider vinegar.
4. Cook for 45 minutes then turn the crisps over and bake for a further 30 minutes.
