1 pkg cream cheese soft
1/2 c butter soft
2 c sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 c cooked mashed sweet potatoes
3 c flour
2 tsp powder
1 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
350 oven
Beat cheese and butter until creamy
Gradually add sugar until fluffy
Add eggs beating until yellow disappears
Stir tog flour and next 3 ing and spice
Gradually add to cheese mix
Stir in vanilla
Spoon into greased and floured tube pan
Bake 1 hour and 10 mins
Cool
