1 large cucumber, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 orange pepper, sliced
4 small tomatoes, sliced
a handful of broccoli slaw (I got mine at Trader Joes)
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
a handful of pomegranate seeds
