Sweet & Sour Meatballs

Ingredients: 

2-3 lbs ground beef (89-92% lean)
3 large cans Contadina Tomato Puree
1/4 teaspoon to start sour salt (add a lot more)
2 tablespoons sugar to start (add a lot more)
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/4 cup italian bread crumbs
2 eggs
Lawry's seasoned salt and pepper to taste
1/2 onion - grated


Instructions

1. Add tomato puree with sour salt, sugar, garlic in pot on low, dont let burn.

2. In big bowl, add ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, lawry's, seasonings, onion. Make little meatballs.

3. Add meatballs upon first boil. Simmer for 45 mins to 1 hour.
