Ingredients: 

3-4 Zwiebeln
600 g Putenbrustfilet (oder fertiges Gulasch)
3 EL Olivenöl
3 EL edelsüsses Paprikapulver
Salz und Pfeffer aus der Mühle
200 ml Apfelsaft oder Cidre
400 ml Brühe (darf ruhig Instant sein)
600 g Sauerkraut (eigentlich Frischepack… Kerstin: Dose)
1 TL Kümmel, ganz
2-3 Lorbeerblätter
1-2 EL Petersilie

Für den „Blubb”:

1 Bio-Zitrone
200 g fettarmer Joghurt
Salz und Pfeffer aus der Mühle
