Taco Casserole

Ingredients: 

1 can chili beans
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1/3 C. salsa
1 can nacho cheese soup
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
wide egg noodles
tortilla chips


Drain the tomatoes.

Brown and drain the ground beef.

Season the beef using the taco seasoning according to the package directions.

In a large mixing bowl, combine beans, salsa, drained tomatoes, soup, beef and 3 or 4 handfuls of egg noodles. Mix and transfer to a greased 9 x 9 baking dish or casserole (you may have some left over depending on the size of the dish).

Crush a few handfuls of tortilla chips and use as a topping.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for another 15 minutes.

Serve with sour cream.
