Tahoe Chicken Curry

Notes:

Ingredients: 

2 cans light chunk chicken
4 ounces of freeze-dried peas
1 1/2 cups instant rice (white or brown)
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
1/3 cup chopped cashews
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon


  1. Pack all dry ingredients in a zip-lock bag, pack chicken in a separate zip-lock bag
  2. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil - add chicken and dry ingredients, stir, simmer 1-2 minutes
  3. Remove from heat, cover, let stand 5 minutes
  4. Stir, serve...
