Tangy Tomato-Shrimp Salad

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 pound raw 41-50 count peeled and deveined shrimp, thawed
1 cup tomato juice
3 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Tabasco Sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
5 green onions, sliced, about 1/2 cup
5 medium celery ribs, each cut crosswise into 1/2-inch pieces, about 1 1/2 cups
2 medium tomatoes, about 8 oz. each, cut into 1-inch chunks, about 2 cups
1 small English cucumber, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 1-inch pieces, about 2 cups
1 cup salad olives, drained, about 7 oz.
3 oz. crumbled blue cheese, about 2/3 cup
