Tartar sauce

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbs diced pickles
1 tbs capers
1 tbs white wine vinegar
1 tsp mustard
1 tbs sugar
Pinch of salt
Pinch of freshly ground black pepper


Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse several times until the pickles are finely chopped and all the ingredients are well mixed but not puréed.
