Three Cheese Asparagus Ravioli with Balsamic Roasted Tomatoes and Parmesan

2 (10.5-ounce) containers of cherry tomatoes
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
coarse salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon rosemary leaves, chopped
1 package Buitoni Three Cheese & Asparagus Ravioli
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
