Use a boxed cake mix of your choosing, a can of pie filling, and three eggs.
Nothing else, no kidding...
it's one of the moistest cakes you'll ever taste. Works best stirred together with a fork and with pie filling folded in.
Our family's favorite is a box of lemon cake mix & lemon pie filling. Also strawberry cake mix & strawberry filling is good.
Also, chocolate mix/cherry filling. And, spice cake mix/apple pie filling. You may use icing if you wish, it's good either way.
Lemon is awesome on the lemon combination!
I like to use Dreamwhip on the apple/spice cake combo. Bake 350 for about 25-30 mins.
