1/2 bunch of collard greens with stems removed and cut into about 1/2 inch squares.
21 ounces extra-firm tofu (1 1/2 blocks) crumbled
1/4 C sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, diced or dried and softened in water)
3 T nutritional yeast (found at Sprouts or Whole Foods in the bulk section.
2 T wheat-free tamari (soy sauce)
Pinch of sea salt
1/2 T turmeric
Pepper to taste
1/4 C chopped basil
