2-3 cups salad greens (I used Romaine lettuce)
1 tsp. olive oil, for browning tofu
about 3 oz. slice of leftover Baked Tofu, browned and cut into cubes
1 oz. slice Halloumi cheese, browned and cut into cubes
4 small tomatoes, cut into pieces
1-2 T salad dressing of your choice (I used purchased blue cheese dressing)
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
