150 g Ricotta
Zucker
200 g Gruyère, gerieben
1 Knoblauchzehe
gemahlene Muskatblüte (Macis)
Salz
Pfeffer
200 g grüne und blaue Weintrauben
230 g Blätterteig (aus dem Kühlregal; oder aufgetauter TK-Blätterteig)
2 EL Mandelsplitter
1 TL alter Aceto balsamico
