Tuna Casserole

Ingredients: 

1 12 oz package of extra wide egg noodles
2 7oz foil pkg of tuna in water (or 4- cans drained)
1/2 onion fine chop
1 can sliced mushroom (chopped)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1/2 stick of butter
2 cups cheddar Cheese
salt & pepper to taste


  1. Cook full package of egg noodels until al dente.
  2. Melt butter and cook onion until translucent, add chopped mushrooms
  3. Mix in 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup.
  4. Mix in milkĀ  to attain a medium consistency
  5. Add tuna
  6. Salt & Peppere to taste
  7. Mix egg noodles and sauce together
  8. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish
  9. Topp with 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  10. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until golden brown
  11. Rest 5 minutes before serving
