Turkey Casserole

Ingredients: 

Turkey, in bite sized pieces
Onion
Celery
Parsley
Frozen broccoli/peas
Fresh parmesan cheese
Light cream
Bread crumbs
Hot shot
Salt
Flour
Butter
Chicken broth
Egg noodles


  1. Cook onion, celery and parsley in butter until limp.
  2. Blend in flour, broth and cream; bring to a boil.
  3. Add turkey and noodles, add spices. Let noodles slightly cook.
  4. Put into casserole dish; sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese. Bake at 400 for 20-25 min.
