Used a trimmed mini-cupcake as the 'skeleton' of the turkey. Couldn't find the right candies so I subbed in edible sprinkles. As for the stuffing, I used spiced gum drops rolled together and diced small - the cake would have been better, but I used pumpkin cupcakes from another recipe so they would not have been the right texture/color. I used pretzels for the legs. I would use half a caramel for each drumstick instead of the whole one. I used a smaller cutter to cut the skins and might even try a smaller one yet. Used buttercream frosting, actually don't use a whole lot...I tinted it my own color green using gel blue and yellow food colors. Oh and one big disclosure, I put the drumsticks on the wrong end of the bird until the last one (oops!;-)
