Turkey Gravy

Cornstarch
Low sodium broth

  1. Deglaze pan with broth. 
  2. Add more broth & bring to a simmer. 
  3. Mix a few tbs cornstarch in about 1/4 to 1/2 cup warm water to dissolve. 
  4. With pan simmering lightly, add cornstarch to broth , stirring constantly to avoid lumps. 
  5. Add salt & pepper to taste. 
  6. Stir until it thickens. Drag  finger across backnof spoon. If it stays separated, it's good. If it gets too thick, add more broth. 
  7. Amount of broth & cornstarch depend on how much ch you're making.
