Turkish lamb and prunes

Ingredients: 

1kg boneless lamb shoulder
2T olive oil
4 large onions thinly sliced
2T sundried tomato pesto
1T Harissa
2t ground cinnamon
2t honey
1/2cup red wine
1t pomegranate molasses
20 pitted prunes
1/4t saffron threads soaked in 1/4 cup boiling water
Flat leaf parsley and couscous to serve


150*C preheat oven Seal lamb - remove from pan Fry off onions for 25mins Add all other ingredients and 11/2 cups of water, salt, pepper Lay baking paper over casserole and then close with lid Bake 1hr 30mins the turn off oven and leave for 1 hr Blot fat with paper towel Finish with Parsley
