Tuscan Meatballs

Ingredients: 

500g lean pork mince
3 rashers bacon, finely diced
1 medium onion, grated
2 tbsp chopped parsley
3 tbsp grated parmesan
2 tsp chopped thyme
salt and ground black pepper
200g stale white bread
ΒΌ cup milk
250g ricotta cheese
3 eggs, lightly beaten
Rich Tomato Sauce

2 x 400g cans tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup red wine
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp chopped rosemary
1 tsp chopped thyme
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup water
To serve

1 packet dried spaghetti finely chopped parsley
