Twice Baked Red Potato Casserole

Ingredients: 

6-9 red potatoes, depending on size, baked
24 oz. sour cream
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
5 green onions, chopped
1 (2.1oz) package pre-cooked bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Salt and Pepper to taste
